We want people to know that we understand what it’s like to call contractors looking for an estimate. So many companies are unreliable; they are often unreachable by phone and many times never call back. From contractors who are hired to start a job after receiving a deposit and then never return, all the way to those who start the project and leave it half finished, these experiences are not only discouraging, but they create a distrust that is often present when we first meet with a new customer.
We are aware of what goes on with so many other companies, but there are a number of very upstanding and trustworthy landscape companies out there and we feel we are one of them. We do our absolute best to answer our phone calls and to make ourselves available to our customers.
The landscaping season does get very busy, and while we may not always get to the phone, we make sure that all phone calls are returned, and that we follow up with every customer, because communication is key to all good relationships. It is important to us that we develop a trusting relationship with our customers so that they feel comfortable doing business with us and that their experience is an positive one.
A great deal of our business is through referrals from satisfied customers and we are very proud of that. We show our appreciation by offering a referral program to which customers are awarded various free services for referring new customers. This is just one of the ways we continue to show our appreciation for our customers and their trust in our company.
